Hill Near Gahunje Cricket Stadium

This location is a hill near MCA cricket stadium at Gahunje. The hill is on the backside of the stadium. This hill is also backside of the famous Ghoradeshwar temple which we are going to visit soon. A wide road from the left side of the stadium and takes you straight into the jungle. This route leads to our destination. You can park your bike near the stadium entrance or can take it further till the road ends.

Start walking the path and just follow the track. Don't get diverted anywhere else. The jungle is not very dense but be careful while walking. Straight ahead you'll find a chain of small waterfalls. These are running only in monsoon. Take left from the rocky surface and start climbing the hill. After 10 minutes of walking, a straight path takes you to the small temple.

Take right from the temple to reach hilltop. From the hilltop, you can see the beautiful Cricket stadium. At the right, you'll see nice BK Birla Educational Campus. Also, you can have an awesome view of surroundings and hills. You can further climb the second hill ahead. But it's huge. For newbies, this will be enough. Those who are looking for adventure can continue climbing the second hill after the small straight path.

Very few people visit this place. Please go with at least one friend. A group of 3-4 will be the best. The path at the beginning passes through the jungle. So, watch your steps.
